Terms of Service

By accessing or using ReKamoso AgriMart (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for farmers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, depots, and other agricultural buyers operating within Botswana and other markets where we explicitly support trade. You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We verify each farmer and store before listings or purchases are permitted. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details current. You are responsible for activity under your account.

ReKamoso AgriMart facilitates connection and transaction tracking between farmers and buyers. Pricing, payment, and delivery terms are agreed directly between the transacting parties. We are not a party to those agreements unless explicitly stated.

You agree not to misrepresent listings, manipulate ratings, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of buyers to pay or sellers to deliver.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReKamoso AgriMart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
